1. Digital Products - No Refunds

All sales of digital products—including but not limited to n8n workflow JSON packs, documentation, setup manuals, and instructional materials—are final.

Once a digital product has been delivered or made available for download, it cannot be returned, and no refund will be issued.

We encourage you to review all product descriptions, previews, and FAQs before purchasing to ensure the product meets your needs.

2. Exceptions

In rare circumstances, we may consider a refund request on a case-by-case basis if:

• You were charged multiple times for the same product due to a technical error.
• The product file was corrupted or could not be downloaded, and the issue could not be resolved after reasonable support efforts.

To request an exception, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase with proof of the issue.

3. How to Request Support or Report an Issue
